Completed as a Design/Build in 2014, the Porcupine Ridge Ranch project on the Egeria Creek was a privately funded project that encompassed a multitude of objectives for both the client and the ecosystem. Consisting of 5,280 linear feet of in-stream revetments to address the pre-existing channel geometry were installed utilizing native trees and brush to serve as bank stability and fish habitat improvement. A riparian vegetation plan was also implemented to help re-establish the lack of pre-existing native species for aquatic habitat cover.
